I considered the salesman as my friend and before buying the product I made it clear to him that if the product turns out to be damaged then he will have to refund me the full payment or send me a new product. The salesman even promised me for this but the product was delivered very late by the shipping company and that too was found damaged. When I told the salesman about this, he initially agreed to refund the full payment from his salary but later he started saying that I should get help from Alibaba and in this way I was refunded only $200 instead of $360.
Whereas the salesman was asking me to pay shipping charges to send the new product whereas he had to send it here for free
